Personalised Programmes
All my programmes will be designed for you and your goals. Whether that is to become a healthier version of yourself, for weight loss, weight gain, muscle growth or building strength. Whatever it is- I can help.
This programme can be renewed monthly. If you decide to stay on for another month, I create you a new plan ready to keep progressing. All programmes can be tailored to using equipment in the gym or at home- using minimal or no equipment at all.

Silver: Online Coaching- with calculated macros/calories and guidance and 1 weekly PT session- £180 a month.
Gold: Online Coaching- with calculated macros/calories and guidance and 1 weekly PT session + extra check in day- £200 a month.

ONE TO ONE PT
A private training session with your trainer.
A session designed specifically for your goals- with 100% of your trainer's focus.
I also provide nutrition guidance, calculating your calories and macros to help you track your food.
Each session is 1 hour long and sessions can be chosen from either:

1 session per hour- £30.
4 Week Deals:
£115 for 4 sessions (1 per week).

ONLINE COACHING FOR PRE AND POSTNATAL CLIENTS
A 4 week plan- tailored to you, your goals and your pregnancy.
Exercise has so many benefits for pre and postnatal women. Including but not limited to: relieving stress, improving sleep and posture, improves mood and energy levels, helps to maintain general fitness, aids the return to normal weight. And many more! Every single person and their pregnancy will be different. Hence, this plan is made for YOU and you alone. I can also help you with nutrition, what to eat and not to eat and how much you should be eating. This programme will all be supplied through my app- you will follow the workouts on your phone or computer- either from home or the gym. Prices start from £80 per month. TWO TO ONE PT
A private session for you and a friend with similar fitness goals.
A 1 hour long session with your trainer, based in Barrow-in-Furness.
£45 session: £22.50 each- once a week.

4 Week Block:
£160 (£80each) for 4 sessions (1 per week).

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS
A small group class based in Barrow.
A strength and conditioning class, focusing on full body strength, fitness and fat loss.
Based at St Matthews Halls, Barrow.
All equipment will be provided.
Equipment and bodyweight based.
Open to beginners and advanced clients.

︎Access to my app. This provides your programme, workouts, weekly schedule, nutrition tracker, as well as exercise explanations, alternatives, and video demos.

︎Access to various help guides, such as eating out tips/sleep hacks and more. As well as a high protein recipe book with 30 different recipes.
